Is the verified date a lab test?
No. It is the Open Filament Database generation date, 13 October 2026, dump 2026.10.13.
Data
The Open Filament Database dump is version 2026.10.13, generated 2026-10-13T03:01:57Z. That date is the dataset verified date on each page. It is not a FilamentFacts lab test.
Each product page has a sibling JSON document at the same path plus .json. Example: /brand/polymaker/polylite-pla.json. Material, brand, and comparison pages have the same pattern.
| Field | Records |
|---|---|
| Products | 2,117 |
| Nozzle temperature listed | 1,656 |
| Bed temperature listed | 1,642 |
| Drying maximum listed | 258 |
| Drying time listed | 4 |
| Chamber temperature listed | 33 |
| Enclosure required listed | 0 |
| Hardened nozzle recorded from fiber traits | 288 |
| Spool weight listed | 1,969 |
| Price per kg listed | 0 |
| Print speed listed | 4 |
| Data sheet URL listed | 286 |

Print speed, price per kilogram, drying time, and enclosure-required. Those columns exist so a later import can fill them. They are not estimated.
Product, material, brand, comparison, printer, and deal pages have a .json sibling. The same pages also have a .md sibling. Settings pages keep their answer sentence in llms-full.txt instead of a separate file per printer.
Print speed and volumetric flow are not structured fields in the Open Filament Database or SpoolmanDB. speeds is always null.
Price per kilogram is not present in either source. OFD purchase links contain URLs but no prices. pricePerKg is always null.
Drying time in hours is not present. drying.hours is always null. Maximum drying temperature is copied only when a filament record or its brand material default lists one.
Neither source has an enclosure-required boolean. enclosure.required is always null. Chamber temperatures are copied when the filament record lists them.
Neither source has a hardened-nozzle boolean. hardenedNozzle is true only when every color variant is tagged both abrasive and fiber-filled. Otherwise it stays null, including when only some colors are abrasive.
SpoolmanDB rows whose name is only a color placeholder are not copied onto a specific product. Spoolman material-level default temperatures are not copied onto products.
A manufacturer data sheet URL is not parsed for numbers. If the database leaves temperatures empty, FilamentFacts leaves them empty and links the sheet.
verifiedDate is the upstream dataset generation date, not a FilamentFacts lab test.

Secondary source: SpoolmanDB, MIT. Commit 8f1a99f9cda7 (12 September 2026). It filled nozzle temperatures on 19 products and bed temperatures on 19, only where the product name, brand, and material matched exactly and the Open Filament Database field was empty.199 color-only Spoolman rows were skipped so a generic color entry would not be assigned to a named product.
